Cold Presentation:
Assorted fresh muffins, cinnamon rolls, breakfast pastries, mini bagels, cream cheese, white and whole wheat toast station.

Assorted Salads:
Harvest greens with dressings, Grilled Belgian endive, Caesar salad, Tri-coloured pasta salad with roasted pumpkin seeds.

Crudités Platter:
Selection of cold cuts with chutneys and preserves.

Chef’s Cutting Board:
Whole Roasted Turkey with Giblet gravy and traditional turkey dressing and in-house made cranberry sauce. Carved bone-in ham with a Dijon mustard sauce.

Hot Presentation:
Fillet of Sea Bass with spicy noodles and ginger sauce. Roasted root vegetables, Sumac cauliflower gratin, Poached butter fingerling potatoes, Baked farmer’s sausages, and smoked bacon.

Egg and Waffle Station:
Eggs cooked your way (Fried, Scrambled, Poached, or Omelets).
Waffles with your choice of Fillings and Toppings.

Sweet Presentation:
Pumpkin pie, apple pie, lemon curd tartlets, Tiramisu, assorted cookies, Yule log, Coffee whipped cream banana rum pudding, Fresh sliced fruit display, and whipped cream.
