Act One
Scrambled eggs wrapped in smoked salmon with Masago Caviar atop frisee with Basil oil.
*Vegetarian:  Replace the smoked salmon with SaVoy Cabbage.

Act Two
Mixed greens in a cucumber ring with Enoki mushrooms and mixed berry vinaigrette.

Act Three
Chicken Ballotine with Chorizo Sausage and Brie cheese atop creamed spinach and carrots Vichy Polenta crescents.
*Vegetarian: Grilled vegetable tower with red pepper coulis.

Act Four
Old English style Sticky Toffee Pudding with French vanilla ice cream.
